Q: Are the Boot Camps for everyone?
A: Tuff Boot Camps are designed for people that can be active & have been cleared by their doctor for physical activity & exercise. We work around any injuries or medical conditions you may have, we have plenty of modifications so there will always be something for you to do no matter your situation.
Q: Am I too old?
A: These are designed for everyone, young or old will both be huffing & puffing at the end of our workouts!
Q: Are the Boot Camps only for women?
A: Although the mojority of our camps are women we accept any men that are willing to take on the challenge. We don’t do “foo-foo” workouts, we hit it hard & keep the intensity up so come on in!
